Carrier information:
At Monatabú, all our deliveries to mainland Spain and Portugal are made exclusively through GLS and always delivered to your home, with no need to travel anywhere.
Shipping and postage costs:
We detail our shipping methods and costs. All our orders can be shipped within a maximum of 24 hours from the time you confirm your order, being the most usual to be shipped the same day if it has been done before 17:00 hours.
Mainland Spain: GLS will deliver your order to your home address. Normally the delivery time for the vast majority of packages is usually 24 hours. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, they will leave you a notice or call you the next day to arrange a new delivery.
Balearic Islands: The shipment is made through GLS and is usually delivered within 48/72 hours.
Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: Due to cost and customs problems, we do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.
Portugal: GLS will deliver your order to your home within 48/72 hours from the time the order leaves our facilities. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, they will leave you a notice or call you the next day to arrange a new delivery. We do not ship to Azores, Madeira or Portuguese Islands.
Rest of European Union: We ship to Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Monaco, Italy, Hungary, Czech Republic, Luxembourg, Holland, United Kingdom, Man Islands, San Marino, Vatican and Poland through GLS, with a delivery time of 48/72 hours.
Rest of countries (North America): The shipment will be sent by FEDEX with registered delivery and tracking number. Packages to these destinations may take a few days to leave our shop. We are responsible for the shipment to the customs of the destination country in exports. Customs clearance and transportation from customs are the responsibility of the buyer in your country.

Monatabú, has contracted the possibility of a second delivery attempt, at no additional cost and coordinated with the user, in the event that the user is not at the delivery address on the first delivery attempt. Monatabú accepts no liability if the product is not delivered as a result of inaccurate or false information provided by the user for this purpose, or if the delivery cannot be made for reasons beyond the control of Monatabú, such as the absence of the recipient at the two delivery attempts specified in the terms and conditions of the contract. Monatabú cannot be held responsible for delays in the delivery of orders for reasons not directly attributable to Monatabú, nor for reasons beyond the company’s control, such as acts of God or force majeure.
It is very important that you include your telephone number so that the carrier can locate you or arrange another delivery. The price of each product will always be shown in Euros and will include, where applicable, all corresponding taxes. In the event that Monatabú, identifies an error in the price of the products, it will inform the customer of this circumstance and the customer will have the option to confirm the order at the correct price or, failing that, cancel it at no cost. The price of the products does not include shipping costs, which shall be borne by the customer, unless expressly stated otherwise.
The customer will be duly informed of the amount of these costs, which will be itemised prior to confirmation of the order and payment. Shipping costs will depend on the product purchased, the destination of the products and the shipping method selected by the customer, among other circumstances.
Los precios y gastos de envío que figuren en la tienda on-line son de aplicación exclusivamente a los productos ofrecidos a través de la misma y durante el tiempo que permanezcan publicados. Monatabú se reserva expresamente el derecho a modificar los precios en cualquier momento mediante publicación en la propia tienda on-line. No obstante, se aplicarán a cada pedido las tarifas en vigor indicadas en el momento de su realización.
RETURNS
We will not proceed to any type of exchange or refund, whether it is the error of Monatabú or the customer, if it has been used or washed, outside the conditions marked by the company.
In order to make a return, you must send us an email to info@monatabu.com, communicating the name of the buyer, the cause and possible photos (optional). The buyer will bear the shipping costs, unless the cause of return can be imputed to monatabu.com.
STEPS TO FOLLOW:
Once you have received the email and registered your request, you have 3 return options: If you have made the purchase with PayPal, they will refund the cost of returning your order. For your convenience, we can activate and manage the collection of your return and the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Please return your order to us by the method of your choice at your own expense.
In the event that Monatabú takes charge of managing your return, these will always be effective at the same address where the first shipment was made.
The goods will be delivered in perfect condition and with their original label and packaging.
Once we receive your return in our office, the quality control will proceed to evaluate that the goods meet all the requirements to be eligible for reimbursement.
The refund of the amount to be returned will be effective within 15 working days.
